Relieve Nasal Congestion - Cocklebur Fruit (Cang Er Zi) and Magnolia Flower (Xin Yi Hua) unblock nasal passaged to relieve symptoms of congestion, nasal discharge, and loss of smell.

Headache Relief - Headaches are often an accompanying symptom of sinus or nasal congestion. Magnolia Flower (Xin Yi Hua) alleviates sinus related headaches by expelling wind cold, and Cocklebur Fruit (Cang Er Zi) dispels exterior wind for headaches that radiated to the back of the head.

Ease Eczema and Hives - Chinese Angelica Root (Dang Gui) enriches the blood and promote circulation to promote healing of skin issues such as eczema and/or hives that may be related to seasonal allergies. Cocklebur Fruit (Cang Er Zi) disperse wind and dispels dampness to relieve itching.


Three times a day, one or two bags each time. Consistency is key! 

For ease, steep 3-6 bags in a large jug or flask and drink as part of your daily fluid intake.
