Poria, Atractylodis Rhizome, Chrysanthemum Flower, Belvedere Fruit, Cardamom Seed, Capillary Wormwood, Tangerine Peel 

(Does not contain: Sugar, Fat, Cholesterol, Caffeine, Artificial Flavours, Food Colouring or Preservatives)

Recommended Dose:

Two times every day, one bag each time; steep in hot water for 4-6 minutes.
