Recommended Dose:

1 sachet (230 pills), 2-3 times daily. For adults only.

 

Cautions:

Consult a health care practitioner if (1) symptoms persist or worsen or new symptoms develop; (2) you are taking medication and/or natural health products for allergy symptoms; asthma; cough/cold; or weight control; (3) you are taking other products which contain caffeine; ephedrine; phenylpropanolamine; or pseudoephedrine; (4) you have cardiovascular disease; difficulty in urination due to prostate enlargement; glaucoma; pre-existing psychiatric conditions; seizure disorders; or thyroid problems. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if (1) you are pregnant or breastfeeding; (2) you are taking, or have taken in the past two weeks monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors; (3) you have hepatic inadequacy, a blood coagulation disorder or peptic ulcers, or blood deficiency without stasis; (4) you are taking blood thinners, use with drugs such as penicillin, streptomycin etc. may cause contact dermatitis. Do not use with astringent herb, with medicines that have sedative properties (e.g. anaesthetics, antitussives, etc.). Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience any neurological symptoms or vomiting. Insomnia, Irritability, dizziness and/or tremor, nausea and/or loss of appetite, rapid heartbeat, restlessness, severe headache, or shortness of breath, and/or disturbance of urination has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
