Cupping therapy is a traditional alternative medicine practice that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. This therapy has been used for centuries in  TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), and nowadays is often employed as a form of complementary medicine for digestive system improvement, muscle relaxation and skin contour.

If you simply would like to try cupping for massage purposes, there is no need to do "fire cupping" using glass cups like a professional; dynamic cupping --- gliding or sliding across the skin --- through a set of silicone cups can just do the job perfectly!

Normally, a complete silicone cupping set contains different sizes of cups that can be applied on almost everywhere on your body, including the legs, back, abdomen, chest, arms, neck and even your face.To start your cupping therapy, you may follow the step-by-step instructions below:

  1. Apply massage oil or lotion onto clean, dry skin;
  2. Compress the cup to create vacuum suction and apply the cup to the desired area;
  3. Set a timer for 5-15 minutes;
  4. Move the cup along the area in directions i.e. circular, zig-zag, up-and-down, or back-and-force; finish each motion by draining toward lymph nodes;
  5. Remove the cup when time is up and continue on other areas if desired.
