This is an excellent product. The ingredients contain a slight variation from other traditional 參苓白術 products. The addition of licorice can be soothing for mild digestive upset, indigestion, and heartburn. However, this product is quite potent and I recommend testing different dosages to find one that works for you. I sometime just need 1/3 of a capsule (sublingual) to calm my digestive system. You may find other applications for this product that align with classic 參苓白術 targets, including Spleen Qi deficiency accompanied by iinternal dampness, which typically manifests as a weak digestive system, chronic diarrhea, and fatigue. In general, a very good value.
