Goji Berry (Gou Qi Zi) - High in antioxidants and loaded with fiber, iron, and vitamin A and C that support immunity, Goji Berries are a high impact addition to your diet. Goji Berries are known to improve eyesight in cases where the Liver, Kidney, and Blood are deficient and therefore unable to nourish the eyes where symptoms include dizziness, blurred and/or poor vision, tinnitus, sore back, and/or aching knees. They also nourish the Yin to ease consumptive cough and balance blood sugar and glucose levels for diabetics.
Stevia Leaf (Tian Ye Ju) - A natural sweetener with a low calorific count that does not affect blood sugar levels, Stevia Leaf is high in antioxidants and is known to lower blood pressure and cholesterol, reduce bacterial activity in the mouth, and can be used as a blood sugar regulator as a sugar substitute.
Three times a day, one or two bags each time. Consistency is key!
