Recommended Dose:

Take 8 pills each time, 3 times a day. Take with warm water. For adult use only.

 

Cautions:

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the cap or seal is damaged. If conditions persists for more than 5 days, worsens or clears up and occurs again in a few days, discontinue use and consult a TCM practitioner. Use with caution in cases with ulcers or gastritis, severe diarrhea or heat excess.

First off The Herb Depot is great! They are so helpful and really nice to talk to if you have questions :)
Tian Wang Bu Xin is great if you ever experience heart palpitations or just feel uptight in general. I will take 8 pills and within a half an hour I am feeling Chill! I take less depending on how I feel, or maybe even a few more. Thats what's great about wonderful Chinese herbs ... you don't have to worry that they would hurt you.

Great product

Works very well for overall stress relief and improves sleep quality. I take it twice a day in the morning and at bedtime. Works better for me than most of big brands natural products. Very happy to find it online.
