This herb is helpful on times when insomnia sets in. Helps relieve tinnitus too.

The formula is recommended for controlling riding yang / surges of blood to the head ,(eas well as tics, tremors, headaches etc). I find it effective for controlling surges of energy to back of head (maybe it's blood but it feels like qi). I think it would be helpful for people experiencing
'exploding head', syndrome. The pills are softer than other brands I've used and sometimes I found the colour tended to stay on the tongue. I find the cap mechanism irritating and would much rather have a simple srew top top.
