Recommended Use:

1 enema 1 time daily. For adults only. Remove cap of tube and lubricate anus with petroleum jelly before slowly inserting the enema applicator. Squeeze the medicine completely into the rectum. Allow 15 minutes to 1 hour to produce bowel movement. Gently insert the tip of the enema applicator to prevent damage to the rectal wall.

Cautions:

Top of the tube should be smooth so that the skin of anus and rectum will not be contused. External use only, cannot be ingested. Consult a health care practitioner promptly in case of bleeding; and/or if symptoms persist or worsen. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if rectal discomfort or a burning sensation occurs. Do not use if (1) the cap or seal is damaged; (2) take within 2 hours of another medicine as the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced; (3) in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting; (4) if you have rectal irritation; (5) for more than 7 days. Keep out of reach of children.
