Benefits:

This Traditional Chinese Medicine helps replenish the liver and the kidney, nourishes the blood, and augments the essence. It is used for syndromes due to deficiency of both the liver and the kidney yin such as dizziness, soreness and weakness of the loins and the knees, and premature graying of the hair and beard. 

 

Medicinal Ingredients:

Polygonum Multiflorum (Fleeceflower) (Root Tuber) (Extract Ratio 2.2:1,375mg dried equivalent)...169mg

 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Starch 

 

Recommended Dose:

Take 8 tablets each time; 3 times a day. For adult use only. 

 

Cautions:

Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use in cases of spleen deficiency, phlegm, or diarrhea. This product should not be taken with onion, chives, or garlic. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite occurs as these may be symptoms of liver disease. Keep out of reach of children.

Interesting medicine!

I haven't used this medicine in its new package as of yet. However, from a previous experience, it does work wonder as long as you don't use it for a long period as it would become too dehydrating for the body.

White hair

The phone support before ordering the product online was good. The delivery took more than expected (around 3-4 days) which seemed a long wait since I live in Toronto (same as the store). I am still using the product, no sure if it will work to reduce my white hair.
