Though it is sold through the Herb Depot in Chinatown...

Though it is sold here and can be picked up through the Herb Depot in Chinatown... Check out the surrounding herb shops in the area. There are almost a dozen TCM herb shoppes along Dundas St. W and if one is out of stock, I simply move on to the next one a few doors down.

I've taken this pill since childhood. Coated and uncoated variants throughout my life. It has helped me anytime I feel the shivers coming on, colds, flu and feverish, I pop three pills immediately. For myself, it even helped me get over COVID when my idiot partner came home and waited until after I made dinner to tell me he got tested positive at work so they sent him home.

For those of you griping about bitter pills... seriously? You're doing something wrong if you're tasting the pills long enough to taste the bitter coating. Don't drink water first then throw the pills in... Put bitter pills in DRY mouth at the FRONT of your tongue. Grab glass of COLD water and begin swallowing. The pills will immediately be washed down.

The tip of our tongue is sensitive to sweet and not bitter, but the back of the tongue is very sensitive to bitter. so STOP putting the bitter pill back there and complaining about it. Put it on the front and swallow water dears... At the age of 6 even I figured that out. I'm 60 now...

Yin Chiao

The product came promptly and was a reasonable price, however, I was diappointed to find out that the pills were non-coated i.e. they have a strong and bitter taste making swallowing unpleasant. I didn't know uncoated Yin Chiao tablets were available. Would like to know if coated tablets are also available. Regardless, was happy to find Yin Chiao available on-line.
