INGREDIENTS
Wild Chrysanthemum (Ye Ju Hua)
Poria (Fu ling)
White Peony Root (Bai Shao)
Licorice Root (Gan Cao)
RECOMMENDED DOSE
Three times a day, one or two bags each time. Consistency is key!
For ease, steep 3-6 bags in a large jug or flask and drink as part of your daily fluid intake.
THE FORMULA EXAPLAINED
Clear Liver Heat – Liver heart/fire can manifest in the eyes causing congestion, light sensitivity, cause hypertension, headache, and/or irritability. Wild Chrysanthemum (Ye Ju Hua) clears Liver fire to relieve symptoms. White Peony Root (Bai Shao) calms Liver Yang and nourishes its Yin to ease dizziness, headache, irritability, and/or insomnia.
Alleviate Cramps/Spasms – When the Liver is deficient in blood or the Liver Qi is stagnant, cramps and spasm ensue. White Peony Root (Bai Shao) nourishes the blood and Liver to spread constrained Liver Qi and when combine with Licorice Root (Gan Cao), ease abdominal pain and muscle cramps and spasms.
Clear Heat and Toxicity – Wild Chrysanthemum (Ye Ju Hua) and Licorice Root (Gan Cao) clear heat and toxicity to relieve inflammation.
Ease Sore Throat – Fire toxicity can rise and enter the Lungs causing cough and sore throat. Wild Chrysanthemum (Ye Ju Hua) and Licorice Root (Gan Cao) clear heat/fire and toxicity to relieve cough and ease sore, swollen throats.
Clear Dampness – Dampness, especially in the lower Jiao (body), can manifest as symptoms of water retention, painful urination, diarrhea, phlegm, cough, and/or excessive vaginal discharge. Poria (Fu Ling) removes dampness, and invigorates and strengthens the Spleen, which governs proper fluid retention and release of the body.
