FORMULA HIGHLIGHTS
Transforms phlegm and clears dampness – Improper digestion or retention of food can lead to dampness and phlegm. Blood deficiency, along with excessive heat can hinder Qi movement. Fritillary Bulb (Zhe Bei Mu), Chameleon Plant (Yu Xing Cao), and Coix Seed (Huang Qin) work together to drain excess fire to detoxify the body and clear phlegm dampness
Activates Lung Qi – Persistent cough, shortness of breathe, and bronchitis can arise from lung Qi stagnation. Balloon Flower Root (Jie Geng) enters the lung meridians to open and strengthen Lung Qi, while Sweet Almond Seed (Nan Xing Ren) moisturizes the lungs and intestines. By nourishing the intestines, the body can gain back sufficient fluids that can be used by the lungs to moisten airways and reduce cough
