The Heart is the seat of one's mind/spirit. When the Heart is deficient or there is Yin deficiency, the mind is affected too and therefore sleep.

Herbs like Siberian Ginseng (Ci Wu Jia) help activate blood circulation, nourish the Heart, and induce a calm mind for a calm night's sleep.

INGREDIENTS

Ginkgo Leaf (Yin Xing Ye)
