Benefits:

This traditional natural health product is used for temporary relief of aches and pains of muscles, due to rheumatism, sprains, bruises, sore muscles. 

 

Medicinal Ingredients:

Camphor...10%

Menthol...16%

Methyl Salicylate...30%

Oil of Turpentine...12%

 

Recommended Use:

Adult: Pour 2-3 drops onto the affected area. Apply pressure with thumb onto the area and rub slowly for 15 minutes until fully absorbed. Repeat 3-4 times per days.

Children: (2 years old and over): Pour 2-3 drops onto the affected area. Apply pressure with thumb onto the area and rub slowly for 15 minutes until fully absorbed. Repeat 3-4 times per day. 

 

Cautions:

Caution: For external use only. Do not use on wounded or damaged skin.

this stuff helps!

While it is STRONG smelling..it works to some degree, but is not a panacea for my nocturnal leg cramps.
