Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to tranquilize mind and nourish heart. Used for neurasthenia, insomnia, and dizziness due to deficient blood. Improves sleep quality, relieve insomnia symptoms by calming heart and support blood.

Recommended Use:

1 sachets 2 times per day. For Adults only. 

Cautions:

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4-6 weeks.
