Accelerated Same / Next Business Day Delivery Terms at The Herb Depot (Toronto & Select GTA)
- We offer Same-Day or Next-Day delivery by Flashbox to Toronto and the GTA area. You can check if you qualify by CLICKING HERE or see below for a list of supported postal codes
- Orders placed BEFORE 10:00am will be delivered same business day between 4:00pm - 10:00pm. Orders placed AFTER 10:00am will be delivered the next business day between 4:00pm - 10:00pm
- Same/Next Day Delivery is operated on business days only (Monday-Friday). Orders made after the cut-off time of 10:00am on Friday will be delivered on Monday. There is no delivery on statutory holidays
- Orders over $99 before tax will qualify for Free Same/Next Business Day delivery
- Should the initial delivery be unsuccessful due to unavailability, no access to building, or incorrect address, one more attempt will be made within the next few business days. Should the second attempt be unsuccessful, the order will be refunded minus the original delivery fee of $14.75 (including orders with free shipping) - you may then re-order
- Maximum parcel weight as per Flashbox policies is 30lbs, and maximum dimensions are 30in x 18in x 10in. Should your parcel exceed the weight and/or dimensions limit, we will notify you via email of the update, and ship through Canada Post. Shipping confirmation email with your new tracking will follow. After consulting our team, management, and the supporting evidence, we have decided to continue the requirement of facemasks that cover the nose, mouth, and chin when shopping in-store.
Like many institutions, we are erring on the side of caution at this time until the effects of these newly lifted restrictions can be assessed.
Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided at the front of the shop should you not have one on hand. We ask that you remain respectful to our staff and our decision to require masks when shopping in-store.
