Let's take notice of our eyes, and give our blinkers some love. With us spending long periods in front of the screen, our eyes can become strained, tired and dry.

Chrysanthemum and goji berries have traditionally been a favourite to be paired together to help brighten and nourish eyes.

TCM calls for a balanced liver for healthy eyes. The chrysanthemum flower clears liver-heat and treats inflamed, dry eyes. Goji berries (also known as wolf berries) naturally contain high levels of antioxidants, in particular zeaxanthin, which help filter harmful wavelengths of blue light to protect and maintain healthy cells in our eyes.

Made simply from these delicately powerful flowers and fruits, get your pearlies shining with this super easy at home remedy!
