Recommended Use:

Apply to affected area as needed, recommended  3 to 4 times daily.

Cautions:

For external use only. Use only as directed. Discontinue use if excessive irritation of the skin develops. Do not bandage. Avoid contact with eyes of mucous membranes. If condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use of this product and consult a physician. Application of external heat such as an electric heating pad may result in excessive skin irritation or burns. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not apply to children under 3 years of age except under the advice or supervision of a physician. Do not use this product if you are allergic to Salicylates or if you are taking anticoagulant medications (Warfarin for example). Keep out of reach of children.
