Recommended Use:

Take 1 sachet 3 times a day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a cup of boiling water. For adults only.

Insomnia, irritability, dizziness and/or tremor, nausea and/or loss of appetite, rapid heartbeat, restlessness, severe headache, or shortness of breath, and/or disturbance of urination have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
