THE FORMULA EXPLAINED
Improve eyesight - Goji Berry (Gou Qi Zi) nourishes the liver blood in order to nourish the eyes to alleviate symptoms of blurred vision and poor visual acuity.
Calm red and inflamed eyes - Cassia Seed (Jue Ming Zi) clears Liver fire and wind-heat in the Liver channel to reduce swelling, redness, pain, and light sensitivity.
Relieve headaches and dizziness - Cassia Seed (Jue Ming Zi) calms the Liver and anchors rising Liver Yang to relieve headaches and dizziness.
Tonify Kidney Yang and augments essence (Jing) - The Kidneys play a large role in eye health. Cistanche (Rou Cong Rong) benefits Kidney Yang deficiency and augments one’s essence and blood.
Three times a day, one or two bags each time. Consistency is key!
