FORMULA HIGHLIGHTS

Release food stagnation - Processed foods, including fried and greasy foods can lead to abdominal distention and discomfort in your digestive tract. Hawthorn Fruit (Shan Zha) helps reduce accumulation and guide out stagnation, while Immature Bitter Orange (Zhi Shi) work to unblock bowels 

Moisten and unblock - Indigestion is due to constipation with dry or infrequent stool movement; Cassia Seed (Jue Ming Zi) helps moisten intestines to activate bowel movement

Strengthen spleen & harmonize stomach - Diet and stress can affect our stomach qi with excess dampness and heat. Pinellia Tuber (Zhi Ban Xia) helps dry dampness and warms the stomach to harmonize. Poria Cocos (Fu Ling) drains heat and strengthens the spleen

 

RECOMMENDED DOSE 

Three times a day, one or two bags each time. Consistency is key!
