The tea has helped me to improve my blood pressure and clean my skin from the inside. I have fewer black spots and pimples. My skin is lighter. As well I am less fatigue, during the summer heat it was a great relief having the tea as it energized me a good bit. I have to say it totally depends on your genetics.
