Stop Premature Greying – Besides genetics, premature greying is often a symptom of stress and poor lifestyle, which depletes our life essence stored in the Kidneys. Black Sesame (Hei Zhi Ma) with Processed Fleeceflower Root (He Shou Wu) and Eclipta (Han Lian Cao) nourish and tonify the Kidney Yin to prevent and support premature greying. 

Stimulate Hair Growth & Prevent Hair Loss –  Biota Leaf (Ce Bai Ye) prevents hair loss by promoting hair growth by inducing the anagen phase in resting hair follicles.  

Nourish Blood Deficiency – Sufficient and strong blood is the foundation for a balanced and functioning system according to TCM, and that includes your scalp and hair health. Chinese Angelica Root (Dang Gui), Black Sesame (Hei Zhi Ma), and Processed Fleeceflower Root (He Shou Wu) enrich blood to nourish blood deficiency. 

Promote Blood Circulation – Strong blood circulation is vital to carrying the necessary nutrients and oxygen to the appropriate parts of the body including the scalp and therefore the hair. Chinese Angelica Root (Dang Gui) promotes blood circulation to encourage hair growth.  

Cools Hot Blood – Hot blood can be chaotic and run into places it does not belong, therefore disrupting a smooth and balanced flow throughout the body. Rehmannia Root (Sheng Di Huang), Biota Leaf (Ce Bai Ye), and Eclipta (Han Lian Cao) clear heat and cools the blood. 

Nourish Essence (Jing) - Our Jing, also known as our essence, is the essence of our life. It is inherited from our parents and slowly depletes as we age. Factors such a stress, poor diet, environmental toxins can quicken this depletion. Herbs like Processed Fleeceflower Root (He Shou Wu) augment the essence. 

Nourish Liver and Kidney Yin – The Yin is the moist, the cool, the fluid energy of the body’s energetic system. When the Liver and Kidney Yin are deficient, it can manifest in symptoms of internal heat, dryness, blurred vision, dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, hairloss, and premature greying of the hair. Eclipta (Han Lian Cao) and Black Sesame (Hei Zhi Ma) nourish the Liver and Kidney Yin, while Rehmannia Root (Sheng Di Huang) nourishes Yin deficiency.  

Relieve Constipation – A cause of constipation can be blood deficiency. Chinese Angelica Root (Dang Gui), Black Sesame (Hei Zhi Ma), and Processed Fleeceflower Root (He Shou Wu) nourish blood, moisturize dry intestines, and relax bowels respectively to relieve constipation. 


Three times a day, one or two bags each time. Consistency is key!
