Jasmine Tea improves cardiovascular health, lowers cholesterol, reduces risk of cancer, relieves stress, helps to lose weight and slows down the aging process.

Warm up the tea pot with hot not boiling water, then fill 1/3 of the tea pot with tea leaves. Pour water boiled to about 80-90˚C and wait 40 seconds for the first brew. Allow the additional 5 to 10 seconds for the following brews according to personal preference.
