Kuding Magic Tea (Reduce Blood Pressure, insomnia, headache)

I am not a tea drinker so I do not take it twice a day as indicated on the box. However I sometimes steep a teabag to a small amount of hot water and then add ice cubes to it and add it to my smoothies. Those days when I take the Kuding Magic Tea, I have noticed that my pressure drops slightly. I need to be more proactive in taking it regularly as indicated on the box.
