Recommended Dose:
3-5 tablets 3 times daily. For adults only.
Cautions:
Do not use if you are (1) pregnant or breastfeeding; (2) with hypertension or heart disease; (3) taking, or have taken in the past two weeks monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors; (4) taking anticoagulants / blood thinners. Keep out of reach of children. Insomnia, irritability, severe headaches, dizziness, rapid heart-beat, restlessness, tremors, nausea, loss of appetite, shortness of breath, and/or disturbance of urination have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Consult a health care practitioner if you are (1) symptoms persist or worsen; (2) taking medication and/or natural health products for asthma, cough/cold. Weight control; (3) taking other products which contain caffeine, ephedrine., phenylpropanolamine, pseudoephedrine; (4) diabetes, glaucoma, pre-existing psychiatric conditions, seizure disorders or thyroid problems; (5) difficulty in urination due to prostate enlargement.
