Improves blood circulation, reduces cold symptoms, alleviates pain, improves sleep and helps to relax.
For external use only. Take one bag and dissolve into a small amount of hot water, stirring for 3-5 minutes. Then, add preferred amount of water (adjust to your preferred warm/hot temperature) and soak foot for 20-30 minutes.
