Benefits:
Traditional Chinese Medicine used to clear toxic heat, purge fire and relax bowels, stimulant laxative; used for clearing heat in human body, sores in mouth and nose, sore throat, swollen painful gums, thirst, deep-coloured urine and constipation.

Recommended Use:
Take 4 tablets each time; 2 times a day. Take with warm water. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products.
As a stimulant laxative: (1) Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur; (2) Take 4-8 tablets at bedtime; (3) 2-3 times per week. If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily. For adults only.
Cautions:
If symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms develop, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use it: (1) taking prescription medications; (2) taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or other medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; (3) have a kidney disorder or taking cardiac medications such as cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmic medications; (4) taecal mpaction or symptoms such abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever; (5) for use bevond 7 davs. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and or diarrhoea.
Do not use if (1) pregnant or breast-feeding; (2) abnormal constric-nons or the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Cron's disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration vith depleted water or electrolytes or diarrhoea.
