How to prepare:
- Soak approximately 20 grams of peach resin in about 500ml cold water for 12-24 hours until the resin becomes 10 to 15 times bigger than the original size and is soft to touch
- Remove impurities and black parts from the peach resin
- Wash thoroughly again
- Cook in approximately 600ml of water, once boiling; turn down heat and simmer for another 15 minutes. You can now add other ingredients such like rock sugar, goji berry, snow lotus, white fungus, milk, coconut milk Chinese date, longan fruit, pawpaw fruit, honey.
