Ti Kuan Yin Tea Leaves
Warm up the tea pot with hot water, then fill 1/3 of the tea pot with tea leaves. Pour water boiled to about 80-90˚C and wait 40 seconds for the first brew. Allow the additional 5 to 10 seconds for the following brews according to personal preference.
