Yin Chiao chien tu Pien & Bu Zhong Yi Qi Wan

Yin Chiao- Have not used it yet. Bought it as backup for future use. I have used these in the past and the results are instant if you take them as soon as any symptoms of cold or sore throat appear. If so next day all is well, no more symptoms.

Bu Zhong - have been using this since May 22. Body still adjusting to it. Skin seems softer although did have facial breakouts at first along with night sweats and headaches. Those symptoms have passed. Have managed to get off small amount of diuretic. Aiming to eventually get off my BP meds.
